Telephone System Announcement

We are in the final phase of the Telephone System Replacement project. If activities progress as planned, you can expect to see the following activities:

Locations: All buildings on the current City phone system, except Police/Fire/Municipal Court.
3/20 – 3/28/2019 Placement of new phones (please make room for a second phone to be placed on your desk, before March 20, 2019. The location for the phone should be in the same area as the permanent location for the phone.
3/26 – 3/29/2019Training sessions on how to use the phone. Sign up to attend one of the sessions below. Session will last for one hour and will be in the 2nd floor conference room of the Health Department. Class size is limited to 25, so if you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact the I.T. Help Desk at (409) 983-8111.
